Just found this guide on the Irish rail website titled "New Irish Rail Guide For Rail Passengers With Disabilities"

While I think it is a good document for people who may need to refer to it, I find one or two things misleading, in particular - coolmine it says "both platforms accessible" but, the gate to the Citybound platform is normally locked when the ticket office is open.

Any thoughts?

IE use this wording to mean that the platforms can be accessed if it is necessary, not that it is always possible to get to those platforms.

this compares with say Arklow, where the only way onto the west platform is over a stepped bridge, and is never accessible.
