Yes it will be pants for the rest of the day, only one enterprise set in the republic which means railcars everywhere

The old Sligo train might make it to Dundalk and back this afternoon to fill in.

Its going to be very messy on the 16:50

The train is an enterprise :)... must have been on platform from an earlier run. They started boarding at 16.20. IE staff are informing everyone about the bus transfer at Dundalk.

Well the 8:20 from Enterprise Drogheda was a 2900. And as a result, the 8:32 was a 6-car 2600.

A security alert on the outskirts of Newry is continuing to disrupt cross-border rail services.

It follows a claim that a device had been left in the Upper Fathom Road area, near the Cloghogue roundabout.

The alert began following a phone call early on Sunday, and a helicopter was deployed. The area has been cordoned off from 0630 BST on Monday.

Passengers on the Enterprise train service are being taken on buses between Newry and Dundalk.
