Saw a section of Stephens Green today cornered off, for what looked to be a drilling operation going on. The sub-contractors truck and jeep had English registration plates. The truck seemed to have a big drill at on end of it. Is this preliminary soil and rock test for the TBM which will bore the metro under the park ? does anyone have any info?
