Are all DART stations fully accessible?
What about Connolly when the lifts are not working?

Seapoint and Salthill are not

Sandycove northbound isn't since the lift is permanently out of service

Blackrock and Booterstown are not accessible after 19:30 on a weekend since they are unstaffed so no one to handle the ramp
