It appears all services had been suspended between Connolly and Clontraf Rd.
Its a fault on the points at East Wall Rd, not quite what Irish Rail are saying. Things are not moving very well at the moment
DART / Northern Commuter returning to normal by Corporate Communications

DART and Northern Commuter services are returning to normal following an earlier signalling fault between Connolly and Clontarf Road Stations.
Some services are delayed by up to 10 miunutes.
Iarnród Éireann apologises for the inconvenience caused.
