[19-1-2007] Services towards heuston

Train due to leave Kildare at 7:20 was announced as running late, departed at 7:50. Train due to leave Kildare at 7:48 also announced as running 25 minutes late. On arrival in Heuston arrivals board noted the following 4 trains were all running late. Train scheduled to leave Kildare at 7:16 depart around-abouts on time.

I got to Portarlington train station at 7.20 - there was a mk3 sitting there, pretty empty. We hopped on and it left about 15 mins later.
Got into Heuston at 8.3-ish, having stopped along the way.
I think it was the 5:35 from Limerick (from the platform apologies) the PA on the train was inaudible. The Cork 5:15 came in right behind us at 8:35 so it was pretty crowded for the Luas/bus.

Anyone know what happened?
