New timetable March 2020

There will be a new timetable in operation on Irish rail from the 8th of March 2020 and should be publised by the end of January as it says here: https://www.irishrail.ie/news/online-bookings-only-available-to-book-until-7th-m
Does anyone know what changes there will be?
Increased weekend DART frequencies and weekend PPT trains promised a year ago?
Reduced Dublin-Cork journey times from line improvment works and a new limerick junction platform?

Due to driver shortages we don't expect any major changes

There will be a series of retimings around Limerick Junction and the ongoing line speed improvements on Dublin Cork.
