Customers travelling over the May Bank Holiday Weekend are advised to check times before travelling, through the journey planner above or go to our timetable section (http://www.irishrail.ie/timetables).

Bus Transfers between Cork & Mallow from 4th - 12th May 2013

To facilitate necessary maintenance and improvement works to Monard Viaduct, the line between Cork and Mallow will be closed from 4th to 12th May, with bus transfers operating.

Full service arrangements are now available from our journey planner above.

Luas Red Line closure Luas Red Line – Temporary Closure of Selected Stops 4th – 6th May

Luas Red Line Stops from Saggart and Tallaght to Red Cow will be closed over the May Bank Holiday weekend to facilitate works; Saturday 4th, Sunday 5th and Bank Holiday Monday 6th.

Services at the affected stops will return to normal for start of services on Tuesday 7th May.

Alternative bus transport will be provided from the affected Stops to Red Cow. You must have a valid Luas ticket to use the Luas Bus service.

Only stops from Saggart and Tallaght to Red Cow will be affected, the rest of the Luas Red Line will operate as normal.

Luas Red Line is running a tram service only between The Point/Connolly and The Red Cow. From Red Cow to and

From Tallaght and Saggart there will be bus transfers. This change to service is to accomodate the installation of the canopy at the Belgard Luas stop. Please see news for further information.

A valid Luas ticket is needed to travel on this service. We are advising passengers to allow extra time to travel

LUAS Green Line service is operating normally.

Westport to Dublin Service Information

There will be an additional tain departing 09:45 Westport for Dublin on Bank Holiday Monday 6th May. For more information on this service see the May Bank Holiday Weekend timetable in our Timetable section.

This train is not showing on our journey planner. Tickets can be bought at the station.

Red line update 5th May 2013

Luas Red Line will fully reopen tomorrow morning at 7.00am.

The works at Belgard will be completed tonight earlier than expected.
