Due to subsidence adjacent to the line at Rushbrook a bus transfer will operate between Cobh and Cork until further notice. Midleton to Cork services will operate as normal. Iarnród Éireann would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.

they'll get by today and tomorrow but Mon morning will be chaos - train time is 24 mins but a bus doing the five stops in morning traffic will be double that

Staff worked through the night to remove debris from the line at Rushbrooke. We hope to have services back today
