Hello everybody here,

Firstly, If this is in the wrong area then please move. I've checked and can't find anywhere else to post this..
OK, thank you in advance if you can help/clarify.
I am trying to find out definitively the cheapest way to get from Naas via Sallins station and then from Heuston via Luas to Aungier St. 4 days a week Mon-Thur?

There seems to be loads of 'confusing' options - I just want the bottom line, including a link bus from Sallins to Naas, a Luas ticket to cover the journey from Heuston etc...
I've seen daily, weekly(5 day) tickets, Monthly, Yearly, Nightline all sorts but I cannot make sense!

The journey is being done by my son (He has his student card) and I cant seeem to get an answer...

Please help...
Thank you all very much,

Monthly ticket valid 1st to last day of month 88 euro student
Add on to ticket to allow use of Luas/90/92/145 to/from Heuston to city 24 euro
Bus Naas-Sallins free if holder of rail ticket

112 student a month

Weekly valid Sunday to Saturday is 27.30 plus Luas add on (6-8 euro) 130+ per 4 weeks - weekly option best around Christmas etc where there is prolonged gaps in teaching

Student return is about 10 euro + 2.80 for Luas, upwards of 200 per month that route

The correct student ID card must be used http://www.studenttravelcard.ie the ID card from DIT will be not accepted.

Ticket available from the ticket machine at Sallins (select Dublin City Centre as destination) then bottom of screen 3 day/7 day/monthly tickets, or in advance from any staffed booking office

Thank you Mark.

Great to have 'black & white' info instead of multiple shades of grey! :)

Can anyone tell me if you can get a ticket online from Kilkenny to Dublin city centre that includes the luas so I don't have to look for change when I get to Heuston and can just hop on the Luas

Thanks
