There is a risk of some disruption, due to frozen points and loose electrical and signaling connections, but the train will be safer than road in this weather.

6.48 Mullingar train was an unexpected casualty then. Luckily the 7.27 (from Sligo) arrived only a few minutes behind schedule and while there was standing from Enfield most people seemed content enough to be in out of the cold. :)

Monday 29th November 12.45hrs.
Full services across the network are operating today on all routes, and are expected to continue operating.
Newbridge Services are currently operating to and from Kildare only due to points trouble which is a result of the current weather conditions.
The 11.00hrs Dublin to Belfast service are operating 30 minutes late.
The website will be updated throughout the day as further travel information is made available.
