Substantial disruption likely due to the Marathon on Monday.
There is now a large sign up at Clonsilla saying drumcondra will be closed for the duration of the works.
That's not what the online notice above or timetable is saying !

I don't get why the Luas has to close from Smithfield to the Point for this. Surely they could run to Four Courts or Jervis, and keep a service going between the Point and Abbey Street?

Point - Connolly is no problem operate
The turnback at Smithfield is only setup to operate outbound, similarly Abbey Street only works outbound as well
When I was getting on the maynooth train In Connolly I couldn't believe the amount of people asking was this train going to raheny or clontarf road
When the train was leaving Connolly there was people still standing on platform 7 despite the fact that maynooth trains were the only trains using platform 7

All Drogheda trains are departing from platforms 1-4, normally 3 over the weekend
The main information display on the concourse is clearly showing that. Numerous other notices around listing the disruption.
Was also in the Metro/Herald on Friday
