Help is being sought to locate a woman who has been missing for over three weeks.

Mary Ryder, 43, was last seen boarding a train for Dublin at Carlow Train Station on 2 March.

She is described as approximately 5' 4" (1.63m) in height, of average build, with short brown hair.

When last seen Mary Ryder was wearing a black leather jacket, blue jeans and a green hooded top.

Gardai in Carlow are seeking the publics’ assistance in tracing the whereabouts of Mary Ryder, aged 43 years.

Mary was last seen boarding a train for Dublin at Carlow Train Station on the 2nd March 2010.

She is described as approximately 5’4” in height, of average build, with short brown hair. When last seen Mary was wearing a black leather jacket, blue jeans, and a green hooded top.
