Waiting for the Drogheda train, and a DART pulls in, no mention of it on the board. The previous train had been a Maynooth train, so I don't think it was a late, and the #2 train still showed after it had left.So as far as I can tell it was a forgotten train that didn't show on the system at all.

I've seen this a lot, but usually during rush hour.
annoys me cos
a) it's not my train
b) its gonna delay my train till HJ&D at least.

This picture reminded me of something.
Could someone please get a picture of the green carpet on the platforms of Leixlip Louisa Bridge and post it up here. I'm too poor to afford a camera-phone thingy.
I think it is something that should be recorded for posterity. The antics of Irish Rail never cease to surprise me.

More to the point, is that Korean scrolling along the bottom.
And look....... that aul killer mirror is lurking in the background.

I suppose it's better it's a DART not a train to Longford with no pis working inside and the speaker turned down too low....

That's fine if you have local knowledge and know that there's no chance of an electric train making it past Malahide... but what about the poor tourist who gets on thinking you're going to Drogheda. If you figured it out by Howth Junction you'd get there eventually, but unfortunately neither the 8:10 or the 8:25 stop at Howth Junction.
