View Full Version : Ticket question
I have a tax saver ticket to get me to maynooth, hazelhatch etc.
If I want to go from Heuston to Sallins can I use my ticket to get to hazelhatch and buy a separate ticket to get to sallins from hazelhatch?
If it can be done how can I buy a ticket for the final part of the journey?

Yes you can, provided the train in question stops in Hazelhatch en route
It can be obtained from any staffed booking office
Thanks Mark.
Will get it at Heuston.
Trampas if you dont mind me asking why do you have to go via the city centre ? Is it necessary ? Can you get the 67a to celbridge village and walk from there to hazelhatch station or just a taxi to hazelhatch? Only one stop then to sallins.

I would be heading from Heuston to Sallins but my tax saver ticket only gets me to Hazelhatch
True but in that case then you would be buying a ticket for hazelhatch to sallins and it would be quicker.
When i go to naas or kildare i always get the train to maynooth , 67a bus to celbridge village and then about a fifteen minute walk to hazelhatch.

If the best way from Hazelhatch to Sallins is via Heuston, then you can use your ticket on a Heuston-Sallins service that doesn't stop at Hazelhatch

Only if the online journey planner gives it as a valid route.
