Due to a train failure at Clontarf Road Dublin-area southbound services are delayed by up to 15 minutes.

Delays to Enterprise and DART services by Corporate Communications
The 15.20hrs Connolly - Belfast service is delayed by 40 minutes due to the earlier failure of the 12.30hrs Belfast -Connolly service at Fairview.
DART services are also experiencing delays of up to 15mins.

The 15.20hrs Connolly - Belfast service is delayed by 70 minutes due to the earlier failure of the 12.30hrs Belfast -Connolly service at Fairview.
The 16.10hrs Belfast - Connolly Service is also currently delayed by 60 minutes due to a mechanical fault.
Customers are advised that where delays exceed 60 minutes, customers are eligible for refund vouchers under our Passenger Charter http://www.irishrail.ie/home/passenger_charter.asp

Seems to, but isn't. Customer charter kicks in at 30 minutes, not 60, for cross-border (CIV) services.
